Delete Account

Delete your Syntrofos account.

We will permanently delete your account, conversations, and stored memories. This cannot be undone.

What we delete

  • Your Syntrofos account
  • All conversation history
  • All stored memories and personalisation
  • Personal AI profile (name, age, traits, etc.)
  • App preferences and settings

What stays (briefly)

Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may remain for up to 90 days, after which they are deleted. We do not sell or share any data.

How to request deletion

  1. Open the Syntrofos iOS app, go to Settings → Account, and tap Delete account. The app will generate a confirmation email.
  2. Confirm from your email.
  3. Within seven business days, all data will be permanently deleted and you'll receive a confirmation.

If the app is unavailable, you can email support@syntrofos.app with the subject line "Delete account" from the email address associated with your Syntrofos account.
